Still able to eat 2 eggs and a sausage for Breakfast. have noticed scrambled eggs fill me more than the over medium. No restrictions for me so far! Also my weight loss seems to be at a stand still.
  8. Had my fill yesterday -- will try eating tonight. How much are you able to eat?
  9. I am not drinking with my meals. I am going for another adjustment tomorrow -- hopefully it will help. Do you feel full?
  10. I have 4 band fills and I can still eat two eggs, sausage and 1 piece of toast. Are any of you still able to eat this much? Not sure if it is me or maybe I misunderstood -- thought I would only be able to eat small amounts? Tell me your story.

Are you loosing inches ??? Maybe that is the difference -- don't be discouraged --- remember this is a lifestyle change -- it took time to get it on and it will take time to get it off. Keep the faith!
