Whew! Finally my 9 month journey is coming to an end! I started researching lap band about a year ago after yet another failed attempt at weight loss (and about 1200.00) with yet another weight loss center. I quickly found this site and read, read, read. What a great place this is!

I had to go thru a 6 month "physicial approved" diet, which was in my opinion stupid because I had been weighed 3 times a week for 8 months..anyway. I finally got approved this last Wednesday, met with my Dr. on Friday and am scheduled for December 17! I'm very happy, nervous, scared, and ready to get this show on the road! :cool:
