November 16, 200817 yr I have to admit, after I went online and I read everyone talking about their ports flipping, I was convinced that my port had flipped. Of course when I went in to see my doctor everything was okay. I think as you lose weight and as the swelling goes down, you are going to experience some shifting, bruising and tight twinges. All of these are normal. Hope this helps. Helen
November 16, 200817 yr i get muscle twinges under my port. it is almost like being pregnant again but with the movement in a different place. however my port is directly under my waist line. my doctor said this was normal and that your muscles just have to adjust to having it there. mine didn't start hurting until after my first fill and then it does bug me at night and when I sit for a long time. you'll get used to it.
I am 5 days post op and i felt my port move a little. Is this normal??
