Newbie...Pregnant

Hello everyone...I'm from Texas. I'm a 20 year old female, and I'm 6 months pregnant. However I was overweight before getting pregnant...I would like to begin to look into getting the lap-band because I have tried so many things before to lose the weight...Also I don't want to be an overweight parent I would like to set a healthy positive active example for my son...I want to be able to run and jump and play with him when he begins to do those type of things...So I'm here for advice and support...thanks

Amber...

Welcome to LapBandTalk!

If you plan to have more kids after your band placement, you might want to hang out in the Pregnancy forum to see what it's like.

My niece has a band and just gave birth to a healthy baby girl!
