Hi im Chris from Tasmania {ccetasmania} in Australia, we have limited support here fo the people that are suppose tohelp, so i am initiating a Lap Band Support Group, i am going to call it, The Lapsters, i would appreciate any info anyone has on the food side of things, how to make shakes! what has worked for you, the do's and dont's, the problems u have ran into or how to avoid cheating, plus general knowledge items.
