Greetings from Sydney Australia.

I am 45 year old male, and currently weigh in at 114k, I have tried everything possible over the past 30 years with no success, every time I lose 5-10 kilos, 10-15 goes straight back on, I have dieted myself up to this size. Iam sure you can all relate. Anyway I just wanted to log in say hello, I go in for surgery in 4 days and have been on this Optifast diet for a week and a half, boy am I hungry, I could eat a cow right now. I am nervous about the surgery but reading all your posts has made me feel a little better, so thank you all.
