Approved by Insurance

I've been approved by insurance on 11/4/2008 and received my letter confirming it a few days later. I've yet to receive a call from the doctor's office confirming what I need to do next. I left a couple of messages but I've received no response back.

What happened after any of you got approved by insurance? Did it take awhile for the doctor's office to get back to you?

    After I was approved they contacted me in a couple of days and scheduled my surgery, pre-ops and final Drs. visit at Vanderbilt. Scheduled for 11/24.
