Banded in March

Hi Everyone - just joined this site though i had my band fitted in March this year. So far I've lost 47lbs but have hit a bit of a plateau for the last two or three months. I had my operation in Nuffiled in Glasgow by Mr David Galloway and have nothing but praise for him and the work he does. Think the key now will be to get my fill to the much sought after "sweet spot" How will I know? I think this site is a great idea so people can share their experiences. If like me you've not told many people it's a great source of support and information. Look forward to chatting to you all soon MissB x
