  1. Good luck with your fill though I'm sure you wont need it. It's very quick, very straightforward and I've not felt anything more than a pinch. I'm sure the less tense you are the better so try to relax as much as you can. Let us know how you get on
  2. That's way to dear. Should be £120ish
  3. Hiya - I got banded in Glasgow and live in West Lothian . Pretty sure Mr David Galloway at Nuffield would do fills for you. He's great and a gentleman too!
  4. It was really good to hear you are like me. I wondered if it was my imagination but when I get stressed which is way too often my band tightens up like mad!!!
  5. Hey Guys I'm a scottish bandster - not heard about the protein first rule - in fact would love to hear what your rules are cos I've hit a bit of a speed bump with my weight loss!
  6. Hiya give yourself a break - you've only been banded for a matter of weeks. Fills will make a difference without a doubt. You will definately get there!!!!
  7. Hi Everyone - just joined this site though i had my band fitted in March this year. So far I've lost 47lbs but have hit a bit of a plateau for the last two or three months. I had my operation in Nuffiled in Glasgow by Mr David Galloway and have nothing but praise for him and the work he does. Think the key now will be to get my fill to the much sought after "sweet spot" How will I know? I think this site is a great idea so people can share their experiences. If like me you've not told many people it's a great source of support and information. Look forward to chatting to you all soon MissB x
