Nov. 24th Surgery Date

HI there, started my pre-op diet today. 3 protein shakes and 1 - 400 calorie meal. :scared2:Sounds hard for someone who ate 3 meals a day, plus snacks. I know I can do it because I want this change in my life. I am curious to see what everyone eats pre-op and post-op. Also wanted to see what the average weight loss for everyone seems to be. Also, how was recovery? I have a 17 month old that I am worried will need me asap (picking up, holding, etc.).

Dr. Muller from San Diego will be doing my surgery at Sharp Memorial.

Looking forward to hearing from you all!
