To be honest it is not that bad !! I have not had any problems and I had my first fill about a week ago and everything is going great !! the hardest thing to do is liquids for 2 weeks but trust me it is going to pay off !! I Still drink protin shakes everyday ! I started a diet befor my surgery date and i lost 19 lbs before surgery but it has just been falling off it seems !! wish you the best of luck and if i can help you let me know ! I am willing to share what i have learned so far !! :eek:
