Banded Up!!

Hey there, just got banded on monday was pretty painful and well still got a few pains but i guess that is expected, as they say no pain no gain but well in this instance i want the loss!!

the sorest cut is where i think the little filler coin thing is but all good! don't feel at all sick or hungry at all which is awesome!!
