Bloating

I'm just curious to hear how everyone else has done with the MAJOR bloating! I am 11 days post surgery and my tummy is sooooooo bloated. I kinda figured maybe it would go down by now - but nope!

How long does this last?

    How long does this last?

    I was bloated for about 2 weeks, so don't give up hope just yet....mine went away very gradually. My stomach is still being the slowest to show weight loss, but the bloating will begin to go down for you soon I think. Good luck to you!

    Are you taking Gas-X? Walking and moving around as much as possible? Those things help immensely

    Are you constipated? You could probably take a mild laxative like Miralax -- that stuff is great.
