Problem foods

I'm one week out from banding and I've found I cannot have yoghurt. I used to practically live on the stuff! At first I tried added milk to make it a runny drink, then last night I tried a different brand and a bit thicker. Same reaction both times, I feel like my stomach is on fire and have pain all night.

Has anybody else had this experience, either with yoghurt or anything else? What foods have now become a problem?

It sounds like you tried too soon. I haven't been banded yet but my instructions have me waiting until 9 days post-op before I can try the yogurt.

I lived on yogurt after surgery. Now that I have had 4 fills I can't eat but a bite or two. Just give it some time and try in the future.
