I am in the beginning stages of learning about lap-bands. Does anyone know any surgeons here in Bend that you would refer? I'm also wondering about the costs. I think there was a doctor in Klamath Falls that did them for less than $10k? Has anyone used him? Thanks soo much!

I went to Dr. Archer at Advanced Specialty Care. I love the office, the staff, the program and Dr. Archer! They have been great and very supportive. There is support group each month and you can always contact the staff with any questions. They hold their information meetings on the 3rd Tue of each month at SCMC.

I was self-pay and it was $15K for the Realize band. It was worth every penny! Let me know if you have any other questions!
