I am not sure of the conversion for 20Kg as to lbs. I was banded in Jan 08, down 62 lbs. 6 fills ,6.5 cc in a 10 c band. Sounds like you are at a great spot meaning, sweet spot. It takes me more than a few mouthfuls. But I am getting closer. If you just had a fill, did you do the liquids for 2 daya sn then soft foods for 2 days before going to regular food? Are you tighter in the morning than the evening. As long as you are getting in the proteins and the fluids hang in there, may ease up. If not you may need a slight "unfill". My Doc suggested trying 2 weeks feeling tight and if no improvement then call the dr offcie. Normally the second week it would ease up and we keep on losing. Keep up the great work. Your anniversary is coming up soon.:)
