well done on your weight loss, i to have had hair loss i take chewable multi vits but also now take a complete b vit as well which seems to have helped me.

good luck on your continued weight loss

If you are losing hair then you are not getting enough protein. You should be getting between 60 and 100 grams a day. (Some doctors say 60, some say 100. Mine wants me to get 80 to 100 a day)

Congrats to you as you start your journey. Please make sure you get your proteins in each day. My doctor recommends 64-80 grams.

I to had thinning hair but along with my multi-vitamin I took the vitamin BIOTIN. My hair has thicken back up and is looking pretty and healthy again. I bought the BIOTIN at Wal-Green. It's also sold at Wal-mart. I wish you much success.

100 grams of protein!!!????? :)

I would just die. I'm finding it really difficult to get 60 grams of protein per day.
