    We have all been there. If you want to take control in an area where you have not been able to before I found the band to be the tool to help me. I only wish I had done it soon. Do your research and ask questions. The people here are great!

    Welcome! It's common to go slow and be a little worried; it's a big change! I personally LOVE my band and I've only had it a little over 6 weeks. It's already changed my life. But read and research, as Agreatknead said, find out if you think it will fit with you! :thumbup:
