Can someone tell me what items are allowed during the clear liquid phase??

Thank you for your help:tt1::D

Clear liquids consist of Water, Crystal light, chicken broth, sugar free Jello, Sugar free popsicle, Decaffeinated coffee or tea, low calorie no sugar added apple, grape, orane juice without pulp(limit 4oz), Low-calorie cranberry juice, whey Protein supplements, or Isopure Liquid Protein. Yummy Yummy. Actually when you are on these you do not feel like eating so it is ok.

You need to ask your surgeon. littlemissband was allowed lots of things we weren't. Our clear liquid diet was water, broth, SF jello, and decaf tea or coffee. Period. At week 2 we got to add in protein drinks and skimmed milk. So check with your doc and nutritionist; each program is different.

LOL and unlike littlemissband I was starving...but you have to just get through somehow! Hopefully you'll be like some bandsters and not be hungry. Some of us don't have that issue and just have to tough it out.

I don't have a clear liquid phase. I have the pre-op phase which is just like lilmissband and then postop I am full liquid after 24 hours and for the next two weeks. Full liquid is all lilmissband listed and also plain fat free yogurt and fat free yogurt smoothies.
