7 weeks after my surgery

Hello all, you can call me bea! I had my surgery on August 4th in St Clares hospital at Dover NJ with Dr ALexander Abkins, great doctor by the way. I've had 2 visits with him already and I must say I am down 30 pds to date. I feel great. I didnt have any comlications after surgery at all. Ive been taking all my vitamins as Im suppose to, plus the 2 protein drinks daily. I suffer from a bad heal spur so I just began excersizing this past Monday. it's tuff I must say especially with 23 month old twins to care for and a home of 7. very busy. no time for me but I have had to make the time. all I can say is that is hasnt been easy since I'm off of those restrictions and I can basically eat anything. I dont but I know I can. I'm so ready for that first fill but I cannot have it done until probably November 4th or so due to insurance approval. :cool2: I hope I have been some sort of help to anyone. feel free to ask away..

Congratulations on spending time for yourself! You are doing amazing. I felt busy with a house of three, I can't imagine seven! Keep up the great work!
