I am 3 weeks post-op and the last two days I notice I am dizzy at times. When I lay down to sleep, I get the spins or after exercising. Has anyone else had this? I do not have high blood pressure and stopped taking my metaformin, since I barely eat any carbs now. So I don't think it's low blood sugar. I have never had this happen before! Thanks for any help!:cursing:

i get dizzy when i'm dehydrated. Try pushing the fluids and see if that helps.

Have you ever had an inner ear infection? There is no pain but it can cause dizziness.

I had the same problem in the beginning. Drinking gatorade always took it away. I would dilute it half water half gatorade!

No inner ear infection that I know of. I guess the fluids sound like a good idea, and gatorade. I will try that - Thxs!
