Is this normal my insurance approved on monday. Called tuesday was told I would be called later that day or the next day. Called again today. Due to ready and waiting. They said you folder needs to go through a review?? Would have someone call me tomorow with where they are.. Just worried that for some reason they dont want me :smile2:

That sounds odd. I haven't heard of anyone being told that they were approved, but then the file sent in for review. Are you sure that they understood your question. It souds like they were telling you that they are actually still in the approval process. You might want to call them again (heck get on a first name basis if you have to), make sure that they understood that you wanted to know if your predetermination request has been approved. It can't hurt, and they are paid to be there to answer your questions.
