Just wondering if you all drink this to add in some protein while drinking water? Does it count towards our water requirement for the day? Just checking....

Yes it counts toward your total water intake for the day. I love this water it is awesome and it also has 5 grams of fiber along with the 5 grams of protien.

Does it have calories?

I believe it has 30 cals per package... I wouldn't use it solely for my water, but was curious about using it for 16 oz of my daily water (1 package a day)

Yes, my nutritionist even recommended it especially for when you are on liquids only, in addition to adding protein on a regular basis. The berry tastes just like Kool-aid. It's a little too sweet for me, but great when you want something besides water. Luckily for me I don't like anything carbonated so I never had any problem drinking water, but I'm always skeptical about flavored water... this one is actually good.:girl_hug:

Yep, I'm going to have to limit myself as well.

I like the iced tea flavor. The only problem that I have noticed is it doesn't mix well if the water is too cold. I have to use room temp water to mix it then add my ice.

i'm a pink lemondade fan...but i have issues, i swear when i drink one it makes me hungry! lol...i think i wanna eat because i'm having a sweet drink...so i've had to cut back on them, i think i was having 3 a day.

Just like dwrd73 I too dilute the K2O with more water than it calls for.

It's really great with alot of ice.

I mix it and put it in a cup with alot of crushed ice and it's like a legal slushy.

Just a FYI

My Target store has marked down the South Beach diet protien pour in drink mix similiar to the K2O.

They must not have sold very well!

They were @ half price.

The sale by date is 09/09 so they are not outdated or anything like that.

They have a wonderful tropical fruit flavor and strawberry bannana flavor.

I have had some trouble the the Special K20 powder packets not dissolving very well in the bottle of Water or my drinking bottle if the water is very cold, like out of the drinking fountain at work. I shake and shake and still end up with flakes of powder that float to the bottom and never dissolve. Anyone else see this?

I was tempted to use room temperature water and then chill it but that defeats the idea of having a nice cold drink.
