I drive a truck and need to know how much time I should take off work? Does anyone else drive and if so how much time off did you need?

Do you have to load and unload too? Do you drive a big rig? I'd think AT LEAST a week because you have to be clear headed.... no anesthesia, no pain meds beyond tylenol still on board. I know when you are down you aren't earning money...but 10 days and you would probably be good to go. Getting into and out of the cab might be a little painful before then....

Thanks for your help Restless,yes I do drive a bigrig but dont have to do any lifting just opening the doors and like you said climbing in and out,I have 1 week vac and will prob take 1 week unpaid just wanted to make sure that was enough time off.
