My first PB!!!

Just wanted to say they SUCK!!!

Holy crap I almost had what I guess is anxiety attack over it lol.

Im never eating again EVER.

Well I had ran into issues before where I felt things a little stuck but nothing like the one today, I just got schooled in BAND 101.

1) tiny bits

2) chew the crap out of each bite

3) take your time eating

I broke all three rules and paid the price.:girl_hug:

Renob from what I've read here, if you do go back to liquids for a day or 2 post PB, you recover better. Having never PB'd, I can't speak from experience ! (and I hope I NEVER have one LOL)

I'll be interested to see what people say....
