Body Fortress Chocolate from Wal-Mart.

This brand is what I use I also add crushed ice and blend. You can also add SF sryup and it makes the drink taste so much better.

I use EAS it was recommended alot on this site, I got it at sams for a great price compared to GNC etc. I use one scoop of protein one cup of light vanilla soy milk (it is thicker and sweeter than skim milk with the same calories) I use 1/2 of a FROZEN banana (I freeze them when they are extremely ripe, like the ones used to make banana bread) and I use frozen dark cherries from the grocery store. It is really delicious. If needed sometimes I add one equal or splenda. I have tried other fruits but I do not like the seeds especially when I am drinking. Hope this helps.

Mine were precribed Optifax, I have had great results wt them by either turning them into IceCaps... I make ice cubes out of strong decaf and toss them into my shake with cold coffee... wonderful fix

I also add crystal light to the vanilla flavor, Raspeberry Ice taste really good....

I wil be using the body fortress chocolate which is 100% whey protien powder and my nutritionist suggested getting something with little or better yet no sugar I thought about getting the boost drinks but they have alot of sugar and added stuff that you just don't need plus they cost so much more why not buy the powder and mix fruit into it. I got a huge bottle of it at Target for $ 12.99 and like 250 of the multivitamins Target brand for $ 9.99
