hey guys, i was banded almost 5 months ago, and i have had three fills. The last one was about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Although i am happy with the portion sizes i now eat, and do not feel i am missing out (dont have much of an appetite anyway) i do find it extremely hard to drink 2 litres a of fluid a day. In the mornings i am simply too tight to drink more than a few small sips. Some days are better than others, and i hate to admit it, but there have been a few days where i probably drank no more than 400 ml of fluid. I know this is not good at all and im feeling it. i am so thirsty and tired even though ive had adequate sleep. I just cannot get fluid down me.
Please help. summer is coming up here in australia and i dont want to faint of dehydration.
i try and sip slowly during the day but even when doing this my sips are so tiny i dont get much down, and if i try and go any quicker it all comes back up.
is my band too tight?
