How Long Do YOU....

How long does your Doctor make you fast after each fill? Just curious... Mine makes me go on a liquid diet for 48 hours... a friend of mine only has to wait 1 hour. I'm just wondering what the norm is!! =D

I've had two fills and both times asked if I should do liquids/mushies following and he said no, just eat sensibly and slowly to get used to the new level of restriction, so far so good..
