Are you sure you're getting enough Protein and taking a good multi Vitamin?

Yes, I am.

Then you should go see your PCM. If you're getting adequate nutrition you shouldn't be fuzzy that way.

make sure you get a good b-complex vitamin it helps.. and is essential in our diets for memory and other things as well.. if that doesn't help.. i think you should go see the Dr. you might be lacking in various vitamins.. or it could be something else.. either way it wouldnt hurt to get it checked out.. Good Luck to you

It could be "normal" too...perimenopausal etc. But I really would get it checked out if it were me...UNLESS you are under a lot of stress and tuning your husband out? (coping mechanism?)

If you are getting a good quality and amount of Vitamins then maybe it is just that you have a lot on your mind. We were banded around the same time and I know that having the band has consumed a lot of my thoughts. I am concerned about what I am eating and will eat tomorrow, how much exercise I've done, how much weight I have lost, do I need a fill?, am I doing everything right?, is my band OK, etc. It is the first thing I think about in the morning and the last thing at night. All of that has caused me to drop the ball on my everyday tasks. I am hoping that soon I will not be so consumed with my band.

But yes, make sure you are getting in enough nutrients with food and supplements.
