Hi Everyone:
Is anybody else out there trikking? I just love it! It's so much fun that it doesn't feel like exercise. I'm toning my abs, butt, and legs. I think it works a bit on the arms too. I can get my heart rate up to the 160's when I'm working hard at trikking. It's way more fun than walking.
Check out these websites and you'll see what fun it can be. www.trikke.com, www.trikketampa.com, www.trikketalk.com
Love my band:wub:, love my trikke:wub:, love weighing 148 pounds less than 17 months ago:wub:. I feel 20 years younger and have the energy to prove it.
If you're looking for something new, give it a try. It's really a blast.
Take care.
