New in Louisville

I've bee lurking for about a week....thanks for the info I got during this time and I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself earlier.

I had a visit with my PCP and he suggested seeing a surgeon and is working on getting me a consultation.

Glad to mee you all and thanks again for the info....jt

    Welcome! I'm sure you'll find this board to be a great source for information. It's been a huge blessing to me since I first started my journey a few months ago. I had surgery on 8/27/08 and am sooooo glad I did. It's honestly been a wonderful experience so far, and I'm sure that will only increase. I have not had ANY pain whatsoever, AND have lost over 13 lbs. in 10 days! Good Luck with your consult!!!

    P.S. I was born and raised in Louisville and try to get back home at least once I year. Nothing like My Ole' KY Home!
