Banded 13 months ago

I was banded by Dr. Benjamin Schneider at BIDMC in Boston, MA on 8/6/2007. So far, I have lost 60+ lbs of a total 125+ lbs that I want to lose.

I am finding it hard to find interesting foods that I enjoy and are easy to prepare. I hope to get more info here.

I go through phases with what I eat...but currently I have been obsessed with making this salad. I use Arugala--but you can use any lettuce. Then I add a perdue baked breaded chicken breast (160 cals), 1/8 cup of cottage cheese, 1/2 tablespoon full fat dressing, and 1 ounce of 2% cheddar cheese. It's really good and filling. The other thing I love bringing for lunch is the Bumblebee sensations flavored tunaas--already comes in their own sauce---three different flavors---130 cals and 18 grams of Protein.

Good luck
