How do I edit my profile?

I want to receive notification when someone posts to a thread I have posted to. I want the notification to come to my email box. How do I do this?

    On the upper right hand side of this screen under "Members Area" click "Edit Options"

    On the next page

    Under "Default Thread Subscription Mode" choose "Instant Email Notification" in the dropdown list.
