it has been 11 days since my surgery and I feel incredible hardness all around my incision site. I have a doc appointment on Wednesday, but I am wondering if I should be concerned...... thanks:confused:

You said "site" as opposed to sites. Could it be your port? If you have any concerns you should always call you doctor that's what they're there for, take care, Nancy.:thumbup:

Debbs, I was worried about that hardness right on top of my big incision. I thought my port had flipped, but I found out it's the muscle and stitches and scar tissue. Many people have it. Don't worry about it. And I still have it. I'm guessing it will go away.
