Girdle

If any one here even knows what this is (LOL) has any one tried wearing one for the lose skin and has it helped? I was thinking it might help the skin go back where it belongs since it wouldn't be hanging because of gravity.

A girdle is just a pair of panties that is mostly made of lycra and is designed to hold your gut in. I have worn a girdle for the past 15 yrs. I do not wear regular panties out of the house. I find that since my stomach fat hangs if I wear a girdle then of course I am not jiggling and it also helps with my back pain. Kind of like a bra for your belly, LOL! Hope this helps.
