Pooped!

Wow 3 months post-op and I feel beat up for some reason about two weeks ago I woke up feeling so tired- still taking my Vitamins, still walking, swimming etc but I feel like I haven't slept in ages and I know I pass out by 8 pm each night- anyone else feel tired all of a sudden?

I have an appointment with Dr. on 9/8 but hoping the tiredness will be long gone by than. I could use a nap right now.

Make sure you are taking in all of your fluids as well.

I've been there...especially lately. I upped my water intake. I think I might have been dehydrated. I feel better since I started drinking more water.
