I was banded on Aug. 16 and still on liquid diet. I am scared to start eating real food. I mean I have some of the cravings but not really hungry...but the thought of food getting stuck really scares me. I don't want to feel sick since I have had a good recovery.

Good luck. What are you eating so far? How much have you lost?

I was scared @ first to but, they got me doing creamy things now and baby food... I know it mental. You lost 10lbs sinces banded. How you feeling?

I am starting to feel great. I don't feel as bloaded and full as before the band. My husband made a comment today that he can't hear my breathing anymore. That meant a lot. I just want to keep this new lifestyle and stick with it.
