Any surgery Regrets?

Oh my, I started out with a bang. I have researched and thought about my skinny jeans, etc.

But- I am starting to freak out , and I haven't even been to a seminar.

I will preface this by saying I am already an high anxiety person.

How do you get over the fact you have this forgein thing in you?

I read that the fills can hurt. And you know all the other risk.

Please , I need some reassuring.:confused2:

I would get the band again in a minute. I have no regrets. I needed to do something for my health. I could see where I was headed and new I needed some help to lose weight.

The band is not an easy fix, it is something I will use to help me lose the weight and become healthy. I would definitely recommend that you look into the band. Go to the seminar and meet with the doc and work with the doc to make an informed decision to see if it is right for you!

The pain post op was more than I expected, and the liquid diet phase was a bear. But, I would do it all again over and over if I had to. It's the best thing I've done for myself possibly EVER! It still takes a lot of hard work, but it is so worth it!

I don't think the fills hurt that much. It stings a little. I was so nervous for my first one and I think I tensed up quite a bit. That first one hurt a little more than the second when I was a lot more relaxed.
