Hello

Hello, My name is Donna

I am new here and figuring out how to post on this website is awful confusing, so I hope this comes through.

I was banded on 3-10-08 by Dr. Cook in Hickory, NC.

I just had my 5th fill on 08-08-08

I am down 48 lbs.

HI, Your post came through fine. I'm sure you'll find this a helpful web site. Make sure you bookmark it and use it like a how to book. All your questions can be answered here! Currently I'm using it to find out what to eat daily that's different from what I was eating.

Also like you I have had my 5th fill but in July. That was the best. I now feel restriction and that full feeling. I also have had a little trouble with it because I have been trying to drink to soon after I eat. But I'll get better at it.

Good Luck, you'll do great!!
