Hey Lady...

Havent been on here in ages. I am going to see the Doc this week and see if I can get motivated. I am at about 217. a loss of only 33 since surgery. But such is life. I am gonna try to work on those 17 for the new year...

I know the feeling, I have only lost 45 lbs. since surgery in August of 2006. Gotta get back on track:)

Boy is this the right thread for me. I too have only lost a "few" pounds since being banded in 2005. My daughter just turned two and made me realized I need to get back on the ball.

I am trying to navigate the site to figure out what I am supposed to eat. I need to figure out how much Protein to ingest....I think this was the key to most others weight loss. Then I need to get another fill. I can still eat sandwiches and pizza (provided I chew and eat slowly, but I can still eat them).
