Ok this friday is suppose to be my last day at work so that I can get all my pre registration and stuff done. I cant leave till my drs office fills out my f.m.l.a paperwork. The idiot at my drs office only fills them out on fridays and waits till they have your surgery date to fill them out. They have had my surgery date for 2 wks now and still have not filled them out. They keep saying well she fills them out on fridays and she will get to it this friday. I told them ummmm hello I am to leave work this friday and I need it before then. They are not freaking helping me and Im so getting tired of all this crap. They dont understand that they have had the paperwork for months and that they could have filled it out the past 2 wks but no the lady dropped the ball. And she wont talk to me on the phone and have not returned any of my calls. She has a nice little voicemail waiting on her today. Pray that this idiot will get my paperwork to me before friday. Or that if she waits till friday that my work wont have a issue with it.

Hang in there it will all fall into place. Maybe you should stop by the office (if possible) to get the paperwork??? An upset customer usually gets things moving - of course it is the doctors office, so who knows!

I know it's hard to arrange, but pop out of the house a little early on Friday and go raise a little ruckus in the office. You are the customer! Be firm, but not rude, and it will get taken care of. If not, I'm quite an imposing figure and you can threaten them with a visit from that big Hawai'ian woman!

ok i got my paperwork but they made a mistake and didnt put for me to leave this friday so i gotta swing back by to get it resolved, but the human resource lady at work is out of office till monday so Im just gonna turn the paperwork in and then leave work friday and make them removed any point against me for not coming.
