I'm on my preop diet. 2 weeks of protein shakes. I started it on Sunday night/Monday. I have been sick to my stomach and nautious ever since. I've emailed my dietician but haven't heard back from her. It seriously hasn't gone away since I started drinking these shakes. it sucks, bad. Not really sure what to do! I don't know if were both nautious for the same reason, but if my dietician gives me any good info, i'll definitely let ya know! are you on regular foods now?
