First timer/Introduction

Hi, My name is Cheryl and I found you're site through a friend that had a lap-band in January. I scheduled for mine Wed, August 6th!!

Having it done in Portsmouth, NH have about 125 to lose. Thanks for all the great tips I've read so far!!
