Hi,

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Can you believe it's only another two weeks until Labor Day weekend? Where did the summer go?!

Still slacking a bit on keeping up with my posts, but I did get two more workouts in this week. I plan to do two more this weekend. I probably won't end up making my goal this month with surgery coming up in nine days, but it still feels good to be out there again.

Talk to you soon!

Just saw this luluc. Thanks. That was 2 mos ago at my 10 mo. check up. While I've only lost about 5 lbs. since, I am still losing size. My 40" waist shorts are now getting very baggy.

today -

trainer had a cancellation, so we had a session identical to thursdays:

"hr session w/trainer: 20min run *outside againrolleyes.gif*, interval of sprint/jog/walk, upper body weight training & ab routine"

i made a decision to finally do a 5k - well it was with much smack talking from the trainer man. he's going to do it w/me oct 4th:eek:. so i'm going to be running more, and as much as i'd rather clean toilets - it has been changing the definition of my legs - so i'll keep it up.

have a good wkend all~

What's a BodyBugg?

Yesterday:

3.75 mile bike ride to the gym.

35 minutes on treadmill-ran 5k in just under 30 minutes + cooldown

35 minutes on elliptical.

3.75 mile bike ride home.

Slept in this morning. Tonight will be both cardio and upper body workout.

saturday

1 mile brisk walk

sunday

nothing

today

3 mile brisk walk

Last night was upper body and cardio. I messed up my supplements pre workout and felt really WEAK. I managed to sludge my way through my 3 circuits of 12 reps, but it was tougher than it should have been. Cardio last night was 35 minutes.

This morning was 55 minutes of cardio. Tonight will be legs. Hopefully it will go better than last night. I know better than to screw up the way I did last night.

ceradad - what supplements do you take? my trainer would like for me to start adding some, but i was a bad pill taker WELL before the lapband & since then - those horse pills won't go down, and crushing them will make me puke. just curious.

today -

1mile bike warm up

*1hr trainer session - 30min running interval (5min run 1min walk 5min....so on - in the rain:eek:)

*glutt/butt/hip routine

*shoulder routine

*ab routine

Actually, I only take Protein drinks during the day and a pre workout drink that gets your blood pumping. Unfortunately, and I found this out the hard way yesterday, I forgot you are not supposed to take the pre workout drink with any protein in your system for at least 3 hrs. If you do, it has the complete opposite effect on your body.

Of course, I did not figure this out until my 2nd circuit. Until then, I just thought I was getting weaker.
