One Year

I had my surgery on the 18 June 2007. Have lost 87lb my weight was 237lbs. I am feeling so mush better. Glad my Insurence finally paid for it. I am having trouble with losing weight right now. Have tried to walk more but has not work. Is there anyone that can help me.

WOW congrats on your band anniversary and losing 87 pounds!

Are you logging your food to make sure you're in your calorie range? Try using dailyplate.com

How far and fast are you walking? Maybe try using different muscles that the body isn't adapted to as well.
