Just wondering if there is anyone out there that used slimfast for their preop protein shake? I am 3 days away from my band:smile: and i have been using the slimfast optima shakes twice a day. My nutritionist had told me to use medifast or Whey protein shakes from gnc but the slimfast is so much more convient. I know they have a bit more sugar then the other two shakes. I don't know if i should switch for the last couple of days prior to surgery. The closer it gets the more nervous i am getting. Sombody please get back to me. Thank you

Hi everyone, and thanks for all the information. Sometimes it's overwhelming. The pre-op diet is going (so very slow). My surgery is August 11 in Shreveport LA by Dr Norwood.
