boost

does any1 else use boost high protein premixed drinks i love them i usually mix with 1 pack of carnation dry and it is so yummy i was making sure it dident have to much sugar or anything in it please let me know thanks:lol:

    My dietician does not allow Boost. It has way too much sugar. Their rule is that each protein supplement must have at least 15 grams of protein and no more than 5 grams of carbohydrates. Boost has 33 grams of carbs!

    My days starts later than most, so I don't take a lunch break. I sip one of these everyday while I work at my desk.
