Hi, skinipete here!

Don't let the name fool you. My husband gave me the moniker, skinipete, after I lost my first 12#. Bless his heart. He has faith in me!

I was banded on March 24th (226#) & yesterday I broke the 200# curse...I weighed in at 199. Wooooohoooo.

Could have lost 27# sooner? Maybe BUT my weight loss is only going to be as good as the effort I put into it. I may not admit to cheating but my bod knows!

On Sunday, my hubby asked me if I was disappointed that I hadn't lost more to date. I thought about it & said, No because I'm learning new eating habits...& this chick is stubborn. Hitting 199 is like turning another corner for me. I feel a new surge of energy to hit another goal!:scared2:

PS - I hope I put this in the right place! If not...sorry.
