4 weeks post op, 14lbs. down

I was banded 6/24/08 in Monterrey Mexeico by Dr, Zapata. I started at 236 with a BMI of 39. So far I am down 14 lbs. Is that a normal amount of weight to lose the first 4 weeks? Can I expect to lose at that rate in the next months to come. Thanks for your help.

    everyone is different i was banded the day after you .. i am down 23... so it chages but that is great keep it up. I just focus on low fat or fat free and sugar free foods ... your doing great.
