The lapband has only been approved in the US for about 5 years, so you are going to have a hard time finding a lot of US citizens with a band for the last 5 to 10 years.

Do you speak Spanish?? Maybe find a Mexican board, or a board aimed at Europeans if you need to speak with longer term banders.
